Event Report: The Romain Gauthier Freedom Collection.

A few weeks ago, Romain Gauthier presented his updated version of the Logical One to a group of watch aficionados at L'Atelier by The Hour Glass.

Note: The Logical One won the "Best Men's Complication" prize in GPHG 2013

The Logical One enraged from the Freedom collection. It's an updated version from the Heritage collection. This time in a Grade 5 Ti case with double coating. It is first treated with ADLC coating and then another matte coating so that any finger- prints on the case would not be visible. Winding of the watch is via a push-piece at 9 o'clock.

Available in full matte black with dark, red and orange dial and movement accents – 5-piece limited edition each

Close-up of the wear resistant ruby-link (chain) and snail cam - instead of the conical fusse in some other more traditional movements. This multi-patented in-house movement offers around two days of constant torque to the mainspring.
