Event Report: Chopard Millie Miglia 2015 launch.

The Mille Miglia race was first held from 1927 to 1957. Today the race continues and has been limited to vintage cars before 1957 which had attended the original race. Since 1988 Chopard is the official timekeeper of the race. Each year the brand launched a special edition watch to commemorate this legendary race.

Ref 168566-3002 in rose gold with an outstanding red dial.

Ref 168566-3002 in stainless steel case. The dial is well balanced with the date  at 3 o'clock and the power reserve indicator at 9 o'clock.

The well finished Cal 01.08-C with a long power reserve of 60 hours is manufactured in Chopard's Fleurier movement workshop.

I love the sporty look and it wears pretty well on my wrist.
